We're a HubSpot partner ourselves, so we're open about it. We're Diamond, based in Amsterdam, working in English and Dutch. HubSpot lists our profile under the Netherlands, the UK and the US, so we're not in Belgium's count, but we've added ourselves to the tables below, marked (us). We'll tell you where we fit and where we don't.
- A good HubSpot partner is one that has done your kind of project before, puts a senior in your portal, and tells you what will go wrong.
- Tiers (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite) are earned with HubSpot revenue and client retention. They measure scale, not quality per project.
- Accreditations are reviewed by HubSpot per type of work. In Belgium, 11 of 54 partners hold one.
- Language is a real choice in Belgium. 8 partners write their profile in French, 8 in Dutch, the rest in English.
- Choose on the job and the language first, then accreditations and reviews, then the person. Tier comes last.
- B2B SaaS, recurring revenue, a migration or a complex integration, and your team works in English or Dutch? Put The RevOps Company on your shortlist.
What is a good HubSpot partner?
A good partner has done your kind of project before, puts a senior in your portal, tells you up front what will go wrong, understands how you sell before touching a property, and leaves you owning a documented setup. Warning signs: a salesperson now and a junior later, yes to everything, and only the tier logo as proof. The full checklist is in how to hire a HubSpot consultant.
In Belgium, add one more: they work in your team's language. A Brussels HQ running in English, a Flemish scale-up selling abroad and a Walloon sales team need different things. It's rarely in the profile, so ask.
How do HubSpot partners get their tier?
HubSpot ranks partners Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite, mostly on the HubSpot revenue they bring in and on client retention. Elite is invite-only. A tier measures scale, not whether someone is good at your project. How each tier, accreditation and Certified Trainer status is earned: HubSpot partner tiers explained.
Examples from the Belgian list
The Belgian data shows clearly what tiers do and don't measure.
Elite with many and with few accreditations. Huble, Webs and iO are Elite with seven accreditations each, the most in Belgium. leadstreet is Elite too, with 133 reviews and two accreditations. All top tier. For the first three, HubSpot has reviewed a lot more types of work.
Diamond with more proof than some Elites. CX is Diamond with 145 reviews and three accreditations: CRM Implementation, Data Migration and Onboarding. That's more than Elite partners like leadstreet, Ideagency and BONANA, which hold two each.
Strong reviews without a tier. KONA has no tier, but 8 reviews at 5.0. Inbound-Impact has 6, also at 5.0. MakeWaves is Platinum with 14 reviews and no accreditations at all. Tier says nothing about how their clients feel.
The list runs across borders. The country filter looks at the location a partner lists, not where it's from. 13 partners also appear in the Dutch list. CX's profile leans on its no-nonsense Twente roots, SUM Digital is "from Amsterdam", Handlangers has offices in Ghent and Amsterdam, and Elixir Solutions is in Brussels and Amsterdam, among other places. The other way round, Ideagency (Elite) and Impala Webstudio (in Lille, according to its profile) focus on France. So read the profile itself, not just the flag.

Certifications, accreditations and Certified Trainers: the difference
Certifications are free HubSpot Academy exams any person can pass. Accreditations go to a partner company after HubSpot reviews its case studies and client references for one type of work, and only Platinum partners and up can apply. HubSpot Certified Trainer belongs to a person and takes far more. The differences in detail: HubSpot partner tiers explained.
There are 465 HubSpot Certified Trainers in the world. In Belgium, accreditations by type, on 1 November 2026:
| Accreditation | Belgian partners |
|---|---|
| Onboarding | 9 |
| CRM Implementation | 6 |
| Custom Integration | 8 |
| Data Migration | 6 |
| Solutions Architecture Design | 5 |
| Platform Enablement | 2 |
| Content Experience | 4 |
| Service Implementation | 3 |
How to choose a HubSpot partner
1. Name the job, and the language. Migration, integration, a sector-specific setup, training, a website. Write it in one sentence, and add the language your team works in. If you can't write that sentence, start with a portal audit first.
2. Decide if you need a partner at all. A freelancer is often enough for one well-defined job in one hub. If you run one hub with a simple funnel, HubSpot Academy and an afternoon might be all you need.
3. Shortlist by situation. Below, per situation, who to put side by side. The basis is HubSpot's accreditations or what partners say in their own directory profile. We don't vouch for anyone but ourselves.
| Situation | Partners to compare |
|---|---|
| B2B SaaS and recurring revenue | The RevOps Company, Plutonic, Revopsys, SalesChamps, BONANA |
| Migration from another CRM or a legacy system | The RevOps Company, Bright Digital, Huble, Webs, Elixir Solutions, iO, CX |
| Complex integrations and custom builds | The RevOps Company, Bright Digital, Huble, Webs, Elixir Solutions, iO, Hy Digital, Siteworx |
| French-speaking teams (Brussels, Wallonia) | STRATENET, ETEAMSYS, Joynt, SalesChamps, Minds&More, Elixir Solutions |
| International or English-speaking teams | The RevOps Company, Huble, Elixir Solutions, iO, Prime B2B Services |
| Training and adoption | The RevOps Company, Huble, Webs, STRATENET |
| Marketing, content and websites | Bright Digital, Huble, Webs, iO |
| SME that wants to go live fast | One of the 9 partners with the Onboarding accreditation, or a freelancer |
Some background on those rows. 6 Belgian partners hold Data Migration: Bright Digital, Huble, Webs, Elixir Solutions, iO and CX. Bright Digital, Huble, Webs, Elixir Solutions and iO hold both Custom Integration and Solutions Architecture Design. Elixir names SAP and Microsoft integrations in its profile, Hy Digital names ERP, PMS and booking systems, and Siteworx names API integrations. For SaaS, the "Technology - software" tick says little (9 of the 9 Elite and Diamond partners tick it), so look at the profiles: Plutonic does lead-to-cash for B2B scale-ups with tools like ZoneBilling and Younium, Revopsys calls itself a boutique RevOps consultancy, SalesChamps focuses on B2B SaaS in French-speaking markets, and BONANA names SaaS as its first industry. For French-speaking teams: STRATENET, ETEAMSYS, Joynt and Minds&More write their profile in French (or partly), ETEAMSYS says it works for Belgian, French and Luxembourg companies, and Elixir Solutions is in Brussels and Paris, among other places. Huble, Elixir Solutions and iO list offices in several countries, and Prime B2B Services says it works in English, German, French and Polish. Huble and Webs hold Platform Enablement, the accreditation for adoption. STRATENET names training your teams in its profile.
4. Check the person. Ask who will work in your portal. Look them up in HubSpot's Certified Trainer directory and on LinkedIn. Community roles count too: Siteworx says in its profile that it led the HubSpot User Group Belgium for five years.
5. Ask eight questions on the first call.
- Who actually does the work, and can I speak to that person today?
- Name your last three projects like mine, with size and timeline.
- What will go wrong in my case, and what does that cost?
- What doesn't migrate, and what do we rebuild?
- Who maintains the integration when the API changes in six months?
- What happens if we stop after three months? Who owns the setup?
- What would I be your first client for?
- What language will you work in with my team, and what language will you write the documentation in?
Question seven matters most. A good partner tells you where their learning curve is. In Belgium, question eight isn't a formality.
Why The RevOps Company could be your partner
We're in Amsterdam, close to Flanders and in the same time zone as Brussels. We work in English every day, and in Dutch, with clients across Europe, the UK and the US. That fits a Brussels HQ, an international scale-up or a Flemish company that runs its sales in English. The day-to-day work happens in your portal, on calls and in shared docs, with the person who does it. For workshops, strategy sessions and training, we come to you.
To be straight about one thing: we don't work in French. If your team in Brussels or Wallonia works in French, you're better off with a French-speaking partner. A few are listed above.
Who you work with. Kevin de Jong does the work himself:
- HubSpot Certified Trainer, one of 20 in the Netherlands and 465 worldwide.
- Leads The ARR Club, the official HubSpot User Group for B2B SaaS and recurring revenue.
- HubSpot Community Champion.
- Sits on HubSpot's AI Partner Advisory Council.
What the company holds. Diamond tier, 5.0 from 53 reviews in HubSpot's directory, and HubSpot's Software Industry Specialist accreditation.
Where we're strongest:
- B2B SaaS and recurring revenue. Renewals, subscriptions and ARR reporting. Emergent 3 runs three teams on one portal with a fully automated annual price increase. SuperWise.ai hands leads from marketing to sales without anyone touching them.
- Migrations where history has to survive. Pro Football Academy moved to HubSpot after ten years on a custom platform and now runs 13,000+ players a week in four countries.
- Enterprise and complex integrations. A CPQ module built in HubSpot for Open Systems. An integration covering 15 million contacts for Nineteen Group. Work for Signify.
- Training and adoption. On-site or remote, by a Certified Trainer, so your team actually uses what we build.
What we're not: a full-service marketing agency. If you want campaigns, content and ads alongside HubSpot, look at the marketing, content and website partners above.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the best HubSpot partner in Belgium?
There isn't one best partner, there's a best fit for your project. Start with the job: migration, integration, your sector, training. In Belgium, start with the language too: English, Dutch or French. Then look at accreditations for that job, reviews, and who will actually work in your portal. For B2B SaaS and recurring revenue teams, migrations and complex integrations, The RevOps Company (Diamond, accredited Software Industry Specialist, run by a HubSpot Certified Trainer) belongs on the shortlist, as long as your team works in English or Dutch.
How many HubSpot partners are there in Belgium?
54 according to the HubSpot Solutions Directory (retrieved 1 November 2026): 8 Elite, 1 Diamond, 11 Platinum, 13 Gold and 21 without a tier. The directory counts partners that list Belgium as a location, wherever they're headquartered. 13 of them also appear in the Dutch list.
Does my HubSpot partner need to be in Belgium?
No. The directory filters on listed location, not on where a firm is from, and part of the Belgian list is also based in the Netherlands or France. What counts is whether you get a senior on the call, during your working day, in your team's language, who knows your portal.
What language does a HubSpot partner in Belgium work in?
It varies, so ask. In the Belgian list, 8 partners write their profile in French, 8 in Dutch and the rest in English. If your team works in French, pick a French-speaking partner. We work in English and Dutch, not French.
What does a HubSpot partner cost in Belgium?
It depends on the project, the size of your portal and what you're after, so one number means nothing. Decide the shape first. Ongoing work: a retainer with a set number of days a month. A small, well-defined job: hourly. A clearly scoped project: a fixed price against a written scope. Any serious partner can quote all three.
