Contact details you submit (name, email, company), meeting-booking data, and standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device) where consented.

To respond to enquiries and deliver services (contract), to run and improve the site (legitimate interest), and for analytics/marketing (consent). We process client CRM data as a processor under a separate data-processing agreement.

With processors such as HubSpot (CRM & meetings) and our analytics provider, under GDPR-compliant terms. We do not sell personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly-necessary cookies keep the site working, including the cookieless HubSpot script that powers our forms and meeting scheduler. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies load only after you consent.

Separately from cookies, we store one first-party record in your browser’s local storage as soon as you arrive: the site that referred you (for example a search engine or an AI assistant), the page you landed on, and any campaign tags in the link. It is kept so that if you later contact us or book a call we know which channel to credit. It stays on your device, is sent to us only when you submit a form, and holds no name, email or other identifying detail until you enter one yourself. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

You can change your choice any time: manage cookie preferences, or clear the cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline.
