We're a HubSpot partner ourselves, so we're open about it. We're Diamond, based in Amsterdam, and we work in English. HubSpot lists our profile under the Netherlands, the UK and the US, so we're not in Denmark's count, but we've added ourselves to the tables below, marked (us). We'll still tell you where we fit and where we don't.
- A good HubSpot partner is one that has done your kind of project before, puts a senior in your portal, and tells you what will go wrong.
- Tiers (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite) are earned with HubSpot revenue and client retention. They measure scale, not quality per project.
- Accreditations are reviewed by HubSpot per type of work. In Denmark, only 9 of 44 partners hold one.
- Denmark's top is small: 3 Elite and 4 Diamond partners, and all three Elites also list Sweden.
- Many Danish teams work in English. If yours works in Danish, pick a partner that speaks it.
- Choose on the job and the language first, then accreditations and reviews, then the person. Tier comes last.
- English-speaking team with B2B SaaS, recurring revenue, a migration or a complex integration? Put The RevOps Company on your shortlist.
What is a good HubSpot partner?
A good partner has done your kind of project before, puts a senior in your portal, tells you up front what will go wrong, understands how you sell before touching a property, and leaves you owning a documented setup. Warning signs: a salesperson now and a junior later, yes to everything, and only the tier logo as proof. The full checklist is in how to hire a HubSpot consultant.
They tell you what will go wrong. Every project has a catch: data that won't migrate, an ERP that needs connecting, a process nobody agreed on. A good partner names it up front.
How do HubSpot partners get their tier?
HubSpot ranks partners Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite, mostly on the HubSpot revenue they bring in and on client retention. Elite is invite-only. A tier measures scale, not whether someone is good at your project. How each tier, accreditation and Certified Trainer status is earned: HubSpot partner tiers explained.
What that means for you: a tier tells you how much HubSpot revenue a partner moves and whether its clients stay. It doesn't tell you whether they're good at your project, which language they work in, or who works in your portal.
Examples from the Danish list
The Danish data shows clearly what tiers do and don't measure.
Elite with seven accreditations, and Elite with two. AVIDLY (495 reviews) and iO each hold seven accreditations. Helion B2B is Elite with two: CRM Implementation and Onboarding.
Diamond partners differ a lot. Thorit is Diamond with three accreditations, including Data Migration, one of only 3 in Denmark. Novicell is Diamond with none and 4 reviews. Sunrise is Diamond with 40 reviews and one, Onboarding.
Platinum with as many reviews as an Elite. Radiant (38 reviews) and Itch (36) are both Platinum at 5.0. Elite iO has 37. Brand Movers has no tier at all and 10 reviews at 4.9. MCB A/S is Platinum with no reviews yet, but holds Solutions Architecture Design, one of three in Denmark next to AVIDLY and iO.
The top of the Danish list is Nordic. The directory counts any partner that lists Denmark as a location. AVIDLY, Helion B2B and iO all show up in our Swedish list too, and Diamond Resultify does as well. Ask where the people who'd work on your project sit, and which language they'd work in.
The 7 Elite and Diamond partners, sorted by tier and then reviews. Names link to their HubSpot profile, where you can read the reviews yourself:
| Partner | Tier | Rating | Reviews | Accreditations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AVIDLY | Elite | 5.0 | 495 | Content Experience, CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Data Migration, Onboarding, Platform Enablement, Solutions Architecture Design |
| Helion B2B | Elite | 5.0 | 68 | CRM Implementation, Onboarding |
| iO | Elite | 4.9 | 37 | Content Experience, CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Data Migration, Onboarding, Service Implementation, Solutions Architecture Design |
| The RevOps Company (us) | Diamond | 5.0 | 53 | Software Industry Specialist |
| Sunrise | Diamond | 5.0 | 40 | Onboarding |
| Resultify | Diamond | 5.0 | 26 | CRM Implementation, Custom Integration, Onboarding |
| Thorit | Diamond | 5.0 | 10 | CRM Implementation, Data Migration, Onboarding |

Certifications, accreditations and Certified Trainers: the difference
Certifications are free HubSpot Academy exams any person can pass. Accreditations go to a partner company after HubSpot reviews its case studies and client references for one type of work, and only Platinum partners and up can apply. HubSpot Certified Trainer belongs to a person and takes far more. The differences in detail: HubSpot partner tiers explained.
There are 465 HubSpot Certified Trainers in the world. In Denmark, accreditations by type, on 2 November 2026:
| Accreditation | Partners in Denmark |
|---|---|
| Onboarding | 8 |
| Custom Integration | 3 |
| CRM Implementation | 5 |
| Data Migration | 3 |
| Solutions Architecture Design | 3 |
| Content Experience | 2 |
| Platform Enablement | 1 |
| Service Implementation | 1 |
How to choose a HubSpot partner
1. Name the job. Migration, integration, a sector-specific setup, training, a website. Write it in one sentence. If you can't, start with a portal audit first.
2. Decide if you need a partner at all. A freelancer is often enough for one well-defined job in one hub. If you run one hub with a simple funnel, HubSpot Academy and an afternoon might be all you need.
3. Shortlist by situation. Below, per situation, who to put side by side. The basis is HubSpot's accreditations or what partners show in their own directory profile. We don't vouch for anyone but ourselves.
| Situation | Partners to compare |
|---|---|
| B2B SaaS and recurring revenue | The RevOps Company. For others, ask for subscription cases (see below) |
| Migration from Salesforce or a legacy CRM | The RevOps Company, AVIDLY, iO, Thorit |
| Complex integrations and custom builds | The RevOps Company, AVIDLY, iO, Resultify, MCB A/S |
| Customer service on HubSpot | iO |
| Training and adoption | The RevOps Company, AVIDLY |
| International or English-speaking teams | The RevOps Company, AVIDLY, Helion B2B, iO |
| SME that wants to go live fast | One of the 8 partners with the Onboarding accreditation, such as Sunrise, Radiant or SUM Digital, or a freelancer |
Some background on those rows. 3 Danish-listed partners hold Data Migration: AVIDLY, iO and Thorit. Custom Integration is held by AVIDLY, iO and Resultify, and Solutions Architecture Design by AVIDLY, iO and MCB A/S. iO is the only one with Service Implementation. The training row is thin: only AVIDLY holds Platform Enablement, and nobody in Denmark holds HubSpot Customer Training, so ask anyone else how they train your team. The international row lists the Elite partners that also show up in several other countries' lists. For SaaS, the "Technology - software" tick says nothing here: all 7 Elite and Diamond partners tick it. Ask each one for subscription and renewal cases.
4. Check the person. Ask who will work in your portal, and in which language. Look them up in HubSpot's Certified Trainer directory and on LinkedIn.
5. Ask the hard questions on the first call. Who actually does the work? What will go wrong in my case? What would I be your first client for? The full list, with red flags: questions to ask on the first call.
Why The RevOps Company could be your partner
Language first. We work in English, not Danish. If your team works in Danish day to day and wants its workshops, documentation and training in Danish, a partner that speaks it is the better fit.
Many Nordic teams already work in English, though, especially in SaaS, tech and companies that sell across borders. That suits us well. We're in Amsterdam, in the same time zone as Copenhagen and Aarhus, and we work with clients across Europe, the UK and the US. Workshops and training can happen on site. The day-to-day work happens in your portal, on calls and in shared docs, with the person who does it.
Who you work with. Kevin de Jong does the work himself:
- HubSpot Certified Trainer, one of 20 in the Netherlands and 465 worldwide.
- Leads The ARR Club, the official HubSpot User Group for B2B SaaS and recurring revenue.
- HubSpot Community Champion.
- Sits on HubSpot's AI Partner Advisory Council.
What the company holds. Diamond tier, 5.0 from 53 reviews in HubSpot's directory, and HubSpot's Software Industry Specialist accreditation.
Where we're strongest:
- B2B SaaS and recurring revenue. Renewals, subscriptions and ARR reporting. Emergent 3 runs three teams on one portal with a fully automated annual price increase. SuperWise.ai hands leads from marketing to sales without anyone touching them.
- Migrations where history has to survive. Pro Football Academy moved to HubSpot after ten years on a custom platform and now runs 13,000+ players a week in four countries.
- Enterprise and complex integrations. A CPQ module built in HubSpot for Open Systems. An integration covering 15 million contacts for Nineteen Group. Work for Signify.
- Training and adoption. On-site or remote, by a Certified Trainer, so your team actually uses what we build. In English.
What we're not: a full-service marketing agency, or a Danish-language partner. If you want campaigns, content and ads alongside HubSpot, or a team that works in Danish, look at the partners above.
The case studies are open, with numbers. Or start with a free portal audit.
Comparing across the Nordics? We have separate guides for HubSpot partners in Sweden and HubSpot partners in Norway.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the best HubSpot partner in Denmark?
There isn't one best partner, there's a best fit for your project. Start with the job: migration, integration, your sector, training. Then look at accreditations for that job, reviews, the language your team works in, and who will actually work in your portal. For English-speaking B2B SaaS and recurring revenue teams, migrations and complex integrations, The RevOps Company (Diamond, accredited Software Industry Specialist, run by a HubSpot Certified Trainer) belongs on the shortlist.
How many HubSpot partners are there in Denmark?
44 according to the HubSpot Solutions Directory (retrieved 2 November 2026): 3 Elite, 4 Diamond, 16 Platinum, 10 Gold and 11 without a tier. The directory counts partners that list Denmark as a location, wherever they're headquartered.
Does my HubSpot partner need to be in Denmark?
No. The directory filters on listed location, and the top of the Danish list also works across the Nordics. What matters more is language. If your team works in Danish, a partner that speaks it is the better fit. If English is already your working language, as in many SaaS and international companies, your shortlist can go beyond Denmark.
What does a HubSpot partner cost in Denmark?
It depends on the project, the size of your portal and what you're after, so one number means nothing. Decide the shape first. Ongoing work: a retainer with a set number of days a month. A small, well-defined job: hourly. A clearly scoped project: a fixed price against a written scope. Any serious partner can quote all three.
