We're a HubSpot partner ourselves, so we're open about it. We're Diamond, based in Amsterdam, and we work in English. HubSpot lists our profile under the Netherlands, the UK and the US, so we're not in Austria's count, but we've added ourselves to the tables below, marked (us). We'll still tell you where we fit and where we don't.
- A good HubSpot partner is one that has done your kind of project before, puts a senior in your portal, and tells you what will go wrong.
- Tiers (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite) are earned with HubSpot revenue and client retention. They measure scale, not quality per project.
- Austria has 28 listed partners and no Elite. The top tier here is Diamond, with 6 partners.
- Accreditations are reviewed by HubSpot per type of work. In Austria, only 4 of 28 partners hold one, and nobody holds Data Migration.
- The list is small, so most Austrian companies end up comparing German partners too. Choose on the job first, then language, accreditations and reviews, then the person.
- English-speaking team with B2B SaaS, recurring revenue, a migration or a complex integration? Put The RevOps Company on your shortlist.
What is a good HubSpot partner?
A good partner has done your kind of project before, puts a senior in your portal, tells you up front what will go wrong, understands how you sell before touching a property, and leaves you owning a documented setup. Warning signs: a salesperson now and a junior later, yes to everything, and only the tier logo as proof. The full checklist is in how to hire a HubSpot consultant.
None of these show up in a tier logo. That matters even more in a market where the local choice is limited.
How do HubSpot partners get their tier?
HubSpot ranks partners Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite, mostly on the HubSpot revenue they bring in and on client retention. Elite is invite-only. A tier measures scale, not whether someone is good at your project. How each tier, accreditation and Certified Trainer status is earned: HubSpot partner tiers explained.
What that means for you: a tier tells you how much HubSpot revenue a partner moves and whether its clients stay. It doesn't tell you whether they're good at your project, or who works in your portal. And the lack of Elite partners in Austria says more about the size of the market than about the quality of the work.
Examples from the Austrian list
The Austrian data is small, which makes the patterns easy to see.
No Elite at all. Elite is invite-only and takes 9,000 points. None of the 28 partners listing Austria has it. The top tier here is Diamond, with 6 partners. ScaleOps has the most reviews of any of them, 165 at 5.0, and holds CRM Implementation and Onboarding.
Two Diamonds that list only Austria. brandREACH and Growth Ninjas are the only Diamond partners that list Austria and neither Germany nor Switzerland. Both hold Custom Integration and Onboarding. brandREACH names the upper Mittelstand and enterprise as its market.
Half the top tier is shared with Germany. Of the 6 Diamond partners in Austria, SalesPlaybook, sixclicks and SUNZINET also list Germany. 12 of the 28 Austrian-listed partners list Germany too. For many buyers, the real shortlist is the German one.
Accreditations are rare. Only four partners in Austria hold any accreditation: ScaleOps, brandREACH, Growth Ninjas and made2GROW. made2GROW is Platinum, not Diamond, but it's the only one here with Platform Enablement and HubSpot Customer Training. Tier and proof don't line up neatly.
The 6 Diamond partners, sorted by reviews. Names link to their HubSpot profile, where you can read the reviews yourself:
| Partner | Tier | Rating | Reviews | Accreditations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ScaleOps | Diamond | 5.0 | 165 | CRM Implementation, Onboarding |
| brandREACH GmbH | Diamond | 5.0 | 63 | Custom Integration, Onboarding |
| The RevOps Company (us) | Diamond | 5.0 | 53 | Software Industry Specialist |
| Growth Ninjas GmbH | Diamond | 5.0 | 46 | Custom Integration, Onboarding |
| SalesPlaybook | Diamond | 5.0 | 45 | – |
| sixclicks GmbH | Diamond | 5.0 | 34 | – |
| SUNZINET GmbH | Diamond | 5.0 | 4 | – |

Certifications, accreditations and Certified Trainers: the difference
Certifications are free HubSpot Academy exams any person can pass. Accreditations go to a partner company after HubSpot reviews its case studies and client references for one type of work, and only Platinum partners and up can apply. HubSpot Certified Trainer belongs to a person and takes far more. The differences in detail: HubSpot partner tiers explained.
There are 465 HubSpot Certified Trainers in the world. In Austria, accreditations by type, on 1 November 2026:
| Accreditation | Partners in Austria |
|---|---|
| Onboarding | 3 |
| Custom Integration | 2 |
| CRM Implementation | 1 |
| Platform Enablement | 1 |
| HubSpot Customer Training | 1 |
No partner listing Austria holds Data Migration, Solutions Architecture Design, Content Experience or Service Implementation.
How to choose a HubSpot partner
1. Name the job. Migration, integration, a sector-specific setup, training, a website. Write it in one sentence. If you can't, start with a portal audit first.
2. Decide if you need a partner at all. A freelancer is often enough for one well-defined job in one hub. If you run one hub with a simple funnel, HubSpot Academy and an afternoon might be all you need.
3. Shortlist by situation. Below, per situation, who to put side by side. The basis is HubSpot's accreditations or what partners say in their own directory profile. We don't vouch for anyone but ourselves.
| Situation | Partners to compare |
|---|---|
| B2B SaaS and recurring revenue | The RevOps Company, ScaleOps, SalesPlaybook |
| Mittelstand and enterprise, in German | brandREACH, or widen to the German list |
| Migration from Salesforce or a legacy CRM | The RevOps Company, or a Data Migration holder from the German list |
| Complex integrations and custom builds | The RevOps Company, brandREACH, Growth Ninjas |
| Training and adoption | The RevOps Company, made2GROW |
| SME that wants to go live fast | One of the 3 partners with the Onboarding accreditation, or a freelancer |
Some background on those rows. ScaleOps says it works with B2B high-tech sales teams, and SalesPlaybook combines HubSpot with sales execution for B2B tech companies in the German-speaking market. brandREACH writes its profile in German and names the upper Mittelstand and enterprise. Nobody listing Austria holds Data Migration, so for a migration with history that has to survive, look at the Data Migration holders in our German guide as well. brandREACH and Growth Ninjas are the two Austrian-listed holders of Custom Integration. made2GROW holds Platform Enablement and HubSpot Customer Training and says it runs the HubSpot User Group in Cologne. For SaaS, the "Technology - software" tick says little (6 of the 6 Diamond partners tick it), so read the profiles.
4. Check the person. Ask who will work in your portal. Look them up in HubSpot's Certified Trainer directory and on LinkedIn.
5. Ask the hard questions on the first call. Who actually does the work? What will go wrong in my case? What would I be your first client for? The full list, with red flags: questions to ask on the first call.
Why The RevOps Company could be your partner
Language first. We work in English. If your team works in German day to day, your workshops, documentation and training should be in German too, and a German-speaking partner is the better fit.
If your team already works in English, as many SaaS companies and international firms do, the small local list stops being a problem. We're in Amsterdam, in the same time zone as Vienna, and we work with clients across Europe, the UK and the US. Workshops and training can happen on site. The day-to-day work happens in your portal, on calls and in shared docs, with the person who does it.
Who you work with. Kevin de Jong does the work himself:
- HubSpot Certified Trainer, one of 20 in the Netherlands and 465 worldwide.
- Leads The ARR Club, the official HubSpot User Group for B2B SaaS and recurring revenue.
- HubSpot Community Champion.
- Sits on HubSpot's AI Partner Advisory Council.
What the company holds. Diamond tier, 5.0 from 53 reviews in HubSpot's directory, and HubSpot's Software Industry Specialist accreditation.
Where we're strongest:
- B2B SaaS and recurring revenue. Renewals, subscriptions and ARR reporting. Emergent 3 runs three teams on one portal with a fully automated annual price increase. SuperWise.ai hands leads from marketing to sales without anyone touching them.
- Migrations where history has to survive. Pro Football Academy moved to HubSpot after ten years on a custom platform and now runs 13,000+ players a week in four countries. That's the gap in the Austrian list.
- Enterprise and complex integrations. A CPQ module built in HubSpot for Open Systems. An integration covering 15 million contacts for Nineteen Group. Work for Signify.
- Training and adoption. On-site or remote, by a Certified Trainer, so your team actually uses what we build. In English.
What we're not: a full-service marketing agency, or a German-language partner. If you want campaigns, content and ads alongside HubSpot, or a team that works in German, look at the partners above.
The case studies are open, with numbers. Or start with a free portal audit.
Widening the search? We have separate guides for HubSpot partners in Germany and HubSpot partners in Switzerland.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the best HubSpot partner in Austria?
There isn't one best partner, there's a best fit for your project. Start with the job: migration, integration, your sector, training. Then look at accreditations for that job, reviews, the language your team works in, and who will actually work in your portal. For English-speaking B2B SaaS and recurring revenue teams, migrations and complex integrations, The RevOps Company (Diamond, accredited Software Industry Specialist, run by a HubSpot Certified Trainer) belongs on the shortlist.
How many HubSpot partners are there in Austria?
28 according to the HubSpot Solutions Directory (retrieved 1 November 2026): no Elite, 6 Diamond, 7 Platinum, 4 Gold and 11 without a tier. The directory counts partners that list Austria as a location, wherever they're headquartered.
Does my HubSpot partner need to be in Austria?
No. With only 28 partners listing Austria, most Austrian companies look across the border anyway, usually to Germany. If your team works in German, pick a German-speaking partner. If English is already your working language, as in many SaaS and international companies, your shortlist can go beyond the German-speaking market.
What does a HubSpot partner cost in Austria?
It depends on the project, the size of your portal and what you're after, so one number means nothing. Decide the shape first. Ongoing work: a retainer with a set number of days a month. A small, well-defined job: hourly. A clearly scoped project: a fixed price against a written scope. Any serious partner can quote all three.
