We're a HubSpot partner ourselves, so we're open about it. We're Diamond, based in Amsterdam, and we work in English. HubSpot lists our profile under the Netherlands, the UK and the US, so we're not in Switzerland's count, but we've added ourselves to the tables below, marked (us). We'll still tell you where we fit and where we don't.
- A good HubSpot partner is one that has done your kind of project before, puts a senior in your portal, and tells you what will go wrong.
- Tiers (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite) are earned with HubSpot revenue and client retention. They measure scale, not quality per project.
- Accreditations are reviewed by HubSpot per type of work. In Switzerland, only 11 of 63 partners hold one.
- Language splits the list. All 4 Elite partners listing Switzerland write their profile in French. In German-speaking Switzerland you'll mostly compare Diamond partners and below.
- Choose on the job and the language first, then accreditations and reviews, then the person. Tier comes last.
- English-speaking team with B2B SaaS, recurring revenue, a migration or a complex integration? Put The RevOps Company on your shortlist.
What is a good HubSpot partner?
A good partner has done your kind of project before, puts a senior in your portal, tells you up front what will go wrong, understands how you sell before touching a property, and leaves you owning a documented setup. Warning signs: a salesperson now and a junior later, yes to everything, and only the tier logo as proof. The full checklist is in how to hire a HubSpot consultant.
They tell you what will go wrong. Every project has a catch: data that won't migrate, an ERP like Abacus that needs connecting, a process nobody agreed on. A good partner names it up front.
How do HubSpot partners get their tier?
HubSpot ranks partners Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite, mostly on the HubSpot revenue they bring in and on client retention. Elite is invite-only. A tier measures scale, not whether someone is good at your project. How each tier, accreditation and Certified Trainer status is earned: HubSpot partner tiers explained.
What that means for you: a tier tells you how much HubSpot revenue a partner moves and whether its clients stay. It doesn't tell you whether they're good at your project, which language they work in, or who works in your portal.
Examples from the Swiss list
The Swiss data shows clearly what tiers do and don't measure.
The Elite partners speak French. Copernic, Make the Grade, DIGITALISIM and Ideagency are the 4 Elite partners listing Switzerland, and all four write their profile in French. None of them lists Germany or Austria. Several point at France: Copernic and Make the Grade say they work in France and internationally. Good news for Romandie, less so for Zurich.
Diamond with more proof than an Elite. 6Minded is Diamond with four accreditations: Content Experience, CRM Implementation, Custom Integration and Data Migration. Ideagency is Elite with two. DIGITALISIM is the other end: Elite with six, the most in Switzerland.
Strong reviews below the top tiers. andweekly is Platinum with 111 reviews and three accreditations. glaswerk Consulting is Platinum with 45 reviews at 5.0. Wolter E-Marketing has no tier at all, but 28 reviews at 5.0. Tier says nothing about how their clients feel.
German-speaking Switzerland sits in Diamond. NORDFABRIK calls itself a leading Swiss HubSpot partner. Chili Digital holds Custom Integration and names the Swiss ERP Abacus in its profile. Both are Diamond, and NORDFABRIK lists Germany too.
The 14 Elite and Diamond partners, sorted by tier and then reviews. Names link to their HubSpot profile, where you can read the reviews yourself:

Certifications, accreditations and Certified Trainers: the difference
Certifications are free HubSpot Academy exams any person can pass. Accreditations go to a partner company after HubSpot reviews its case studies and client references for one type of work, and only Platinum partners and up can apply. HubSpot Certified Trainer belongs to a person and takes far more. The differences in detail: HubSpot partner tiers explained.
There are 465 HubSpot Certified Trainers in the world. In Switzerland, accreditations by type, on 1 November 2026:
| Accreditation | Partners in Switzerland |
|---|---|
| Onboarding | 6 |
| Custom Integration | 6 |
| CRM Implementation | 5 |
| Data Migration | 4 |
| Solutions Architecture Design | 3 |
| Content Experience | 3 |
| Platform Enablement | 2 |
| HubSpot Customer Training | 2 |
How to choose a HubSpot partner
1. Name the job. Migration, integration, a sector-specific setup, training, a website. Write it in one sentence. If you can't, start with a portal audit first.
2. Decide if you need a partner at all. A freelancer is often enough for one well-defined job in one hub. If you run one hub with a simple funnel, HubSpot Academy and an afternoon might be all you need.
3. Shortlist by situation. Below, per situation, who to put side by side. The basis is HubSpot's accreditations or what partners say in their own directory profile. We don't vouch for anyone but ourselves.
| Situation | Partners to compare |
|---|---|
| French-speaking Switzerland | Copernic, Make the Grade, DIGITALISIM, Ideagency, MLX Digital Marketing, Okédito |
| German-speaking Switzerland | NORDFABRIK, Chili Digital |
| B2B SaaS and recurring revenue | The RevOps Company, SAGE Marketing, ScaleOps, SalesPlaybook |
| Migration from Salesforce or a legacy CRM | The RevOps Company, 6Minded, Copernic, Make the Grade, DIGITALISIM |
| Complex integrations and custom builds | The RevOps Company, DIGITALISIM, W4 Marketing, 6Minded, Chili Digital |
| ERP integration (Abacus, SAP, Dynamics) | Chili Digital |
| Training and adoption | The RevOps Company, made2GROW, andweekly |
| SME that wants to go live fast | One of the 6 partners with the Onboarding accreditation, or a freelancer |
Some background on those rows. The six French-speaking partners all write their profiles in French, and Okédito says it's based in Lyon and Paris. 4 Swiss-listed partners hold Data Migration: 6Minded, Copernic, Make the Grade and DIGITALISIM. DIGITALISIM and W4 Marketing hold both Custom Integration and Solutions Architecture Design, and W4 says it programs HubSpot apps and integrations. Chili Digital names Abacus, SAP, MS Dynamics and Business Central. For SaaS, the "Technology - software" tick says little (10 of the 14 Elite and Diamond partners tick it), so look at the profiles: SAGE Marketing names B2B SaaS, AI and cybersecurity, ScaleOps works with B2B high-tech sales teams, SalesPlaybook focuses on B2B tech companies. made2GROW holds Platform Enablement and HubSpot Customer Training, andweekly holds Customer Training. For Italian-speaking Ticino, the directory doesn't filter on language, so ask each partner directly.
4. Check the person. Ask who will work in your portal, and in which language. Look them up in HubSpot's Certified Trainer directory and on LinkedIn.
5. Ask the hard questions on the first call. Who actually does the work? What will go wrong in my case? What would I be your first client for? The full list, with red flags: questions to ask on the first call.
Why The RevOps Company could be your partner
Language first. We work in English. If your team works in German, French or Italian day to day, your workshops, documentation and training should be in that language, and a partner that speaks it is the better fit.
Plenty of Swiss teams already work in English, though: SaaS companies, international headquarters, teams that span the language regions and use English as the common ground. For them, English is often the easiest choice. We're in Amsterdam, in the same time zone as Zurich and Geneva, and we work with clients across Europe, the UK and the US. Workshops and training can happen on site. The day-to-day work happens in your portal, on calls and in shared docs, with the person who does it.
Who you work with. Kevin de Jong does the work himself:
- HubSpot Certified Trainer, one of 20 in the Netherlands and 465 worldwide.
- Leads The ARR Club, the official HubSpot User Group for B2B SaaS and recurring revenue.
- HubSpot Community Champion.
- Sits on HubSpot's AI Partner Advisory Council.
What the company holds. Diamond tier, 5.0 from 53 reviews in HubSpot's directory, and HubSpot's Software Industry Specialist accreditation.
Where we're strongest:
- B2B SaaS and recurring revenue. Renewals, subscriptions and ARR reporting. Emergent 3 runs three teams on one portal with a fully automated annual price increase. SuperWise.ai hands leads from marketing to sales without anyone touching them.
- Migrations where history has to survive. Pro Football Academy moved to HubSpot after ten years on a custom platform and now runs 13,000+ players a week in four countries.
- Enterprise and complex integrations. A CPQ module built in HubSpot for Open Systems. An integration covering 15 million contacts for Nineteen Group. Work for Signify.
- Training and adoption. On-site or remote, by a Certified Trainer, so your team actually uses what we build. In English.
What we're not: a full-service marketing agency, or a German-, French- or Italian-language partner. If you want campaigns, content and ads alongside HubSpot, or a team that works in your language, look at the partners above.
The case studies are open, with numbers. Or start with a free portal audit.
Looking across the border too? We have separate guides for HubSpot partners in Germany and HubSpot partners in Austria.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the best HubSpot partner in Switzerland?
There isn't one best partner, there's a best fit for your project. Start with the job: migration, integration, your sector, training. Then look at accreditations for that job, reviews, the language your team works in, and who will actually work in your portal. For English-speaking B2B SaaS and recurring revenue teams, migrations and complex integrations, The RevOps Company (Diamond, accredited Software Industry Specialist, run by a HubSpot Certified Trainer) belongs on the shortlist.
How many HubSpot partners are there in Switzerland?
63 according to the HubSpot Solutions Directory (retrieved 1 November 2026): 4 Elite, 10 Diamond, 18 Platinum, 12 Gold and 19 without a tier. The directory counts partners that list Switzerland as a location, wherever they're headquartered.
Does my HubSpot partner need to be in Switzerland?
No. What matters more is language. If your team works in French, German or Italian, you want workshops, documentation and training in that language, and a partner that speaks it is the better fit. If English is already your working language, as in many SaaS and international companies, your shortlist can go beyond Switzerland.
What does a HubSpot partner cost in Switzerland?
It depends on the project, the size of your portal and what you're after, so one number means nothing. Decide the shape first. Ongoing work: a retainer with a set number of days a month. A small, well-defined job: hourly. A clearly scoped project: a fixed price against a written scope. Any serious partner can quote all three.
